Waterfront towers

Three towers on a marina, built as a studio project to test one idea: can a single scene give a launch its stills, its film and a live unit explorer?

The question

Most launches build the same tower three times.

Stills, the film and any interactive tool are usually made by different teams from different models, so the building never looks quite the same twice.

We wanted to see what changes when all three come from one scene.

The approach

One Unreal scene, three outputs.

We built the towers once in Unreal Engine 5 and made the stills, the film and the live explorer from the same scene, so every view matches every other.

The explorer reads availability from a sample sales sheet, the way it would on a real launch.
